Definition of ‘You’ and ‘Us’.
‘You’ being the user of the site.

Ordering A Cake
Upon ordering a cake a deposit of 20% is required to confirm the cake and the date required for delivery.
Payment in full is required 2 weeks prior to the date the cake is required.

Cancellation of Wedding Cake
No refund will be given o­n any wedding cake / celebration cake cancellation.

Links to a 3rd Party Site
We are actively linked to other wedding provider web sites, we are not responsible for purchases made from any of these 3rd party sites.

Purchase
Prices of our favours and table gifts are as quoted o­n the website.
Delivery of goods is subject to payment by ‘you’, together with confirmation of a correct billing address. Goods are delivered by post o­n days Monday to Friday.

Exchange & Refund o­n ‘Favour’ or ‘Gift’ Purchases
Exchanges or refunds o­n favour boxes ( undecorated and empty ) or table gifts must be made within 3 weeks of ordering the goods. The cost of the return postage must be incurred by the purchaser. 

Payment
For goods purchased o­n the website we o­nly accept payment via a Paypal account.

Complaints
Although rare we take any complaint seriously. Cakes should be returned to us in order that we may assess the nature of the complaint.

Depending upon the fault with the cake a maximum refund for the value of the cake can be made. Further compensation is not available. 

Orders
A minimum of 6 weeks is required for any wedding cake order. Please make the order as soon as you can in order to secure delivery of your wedding cake.

Order details should be checked thoroughly before submitting and payment is made.

Models or Styles
Should you wish to send a photo of a particular model or style, we accept images in ‘jpg.’ format.

Storage
Cakes should NEVER be stored in the fridge as this damages the sugar. A sponge cake will keep for approximately 1 week after delivery. Rich fruit cakes will keep perfectly for months ( not years )

Delivery and Set Up
Cakes can be delivered to a wedding venue and set up by o­ne of our experienced team. It is necessary we have the correct delivery address and time required.  See delivery costs for designated areas o­n the Costa Del Sol.  Delivery outside of the areas quoted o­n our site are subject to quotation.
 
Cakes can be collected, they will be boxed for travelling. A disclaimer will be signed at the time of collection as ‘we’ cannot be held responsible for what happens to the cake o­nce it has been collected from ‘us’.
 
Cakes
Our rich fruit cakes contain alcohol and nuts.
All our cakes are made using vegetable fat and they do contain dairy produce.
